Easy returns
Not sure if you love your item or simply changed your mind? We understand sometimes a product is not quite right, which is why we offer enough day return window to take the pressure off. Easily return your unwanted items via our online returns portal.
Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in a sell-able condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons.
To ensure the best protection for our little customers, unless faulty we cannot offer a refund for some of the following product types where a manufacturer's seal has been broken.
Occasionally we offer free gifts with purchase. These are considered part of the purchase and must be included, in an unused condition, with any such returns, in order for a full refund or credit to be given. If an item is returned without the free gift, it will be automatically deducted from any refund made.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
